Education and Professional Background

I began practicing law in Colombia in 2009, after completing my Law Degree and a specialization in Administrative Law. I later started my professional activity in Spain, where I completed a Law Degree, the Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice in Civil Procedural Law.

I practice continuously between Colombia and Spain, with a law office in Barcelona and membership in the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB).

I maintain ongoing and up-to-date training as an essential part of responsible practice, in line with legislative and case law developments, because every legal change and judicial criterion may be decisive for case strategy, deadlines, and the outcome of the proceedings. I believe that the best service to clients requires rigor, commitment, and dedication.
