Comprehensive Advice and Processing of the Extraordinary Regularization Application for Foreigners Already Living and Working in Spain, with Preparation, Submission, and Follow-Up Until Resolution

The Spanish Government has launched an extraordinary regularization for foreign residents in Spain.

To access this extraordinary regularization, applicants must prove residence in Spain before December 31, 2025, and continuous stay of at least five months at the time of application, in addition to having no criminal record. Applicants for international protection who submitted their application before this date are also included.

The authorization is initially valid for one year and allows work throughout the territory and in any sector.
